“I don’t have any specific recollections about my first encounter with Parrainage Civique Montréal. It was on a Saturday in spring, and I had been invited to play a game of improv with individuals with intellectual disabilities. Buddies, families, volunteers, a joyfully energetic atmosphere, and the promise to return the following year. That was a long time ago, and I am still here. For this dose of humanity, brotherhood, and exchange.
